Social Groups & Events
We are seeking passionate volunteers who are interested in facilitating and planning for social groups, events and special projects held at the centre!
Chatty Café
We are after 2-3 volunteers to share responsibilities in attending and running our currently monthly social group that combats social isolation and loneliness. Ideally with volunteer assistance we would like to have planned out activities, themed days, guest speakers and more to keep the group refreshing and welcoming to the community.

Committee Members
Are you interested in making a difference in your local community? Do you have a strong connection to Knox, either as a resident, worker, business owner or student?

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Overseeing and ensuring the compliant operation of Adult Community Further Education (ACFE) courses
- Partnerships & networking
- Strategic planning, project management, and innovation
- Financial management and budgeting
- Leadership
Trainers & Facilitators
At the Community Learning Centre, you can teach leisure activities or learning courses, and can work with our program coordinator to find days and times that will suit you and our learners.
We only offer fee-for-service and pre-accredited courses, so there are no tests, exams, and marking to do.
We have programs for children, teens and adults.
